Step by step instructions governing how all work is to be performed on the Commission's transmission and distribution system.

2.  Detailed Drawings,

Detailed CAD drawings showing water and sewer construction configurations to be used with appropriate design specifications.

3.  and Material Specifications.

Step by step instructions on the materials to be used on all Commission construction and maintenance projects.
